"Color blindness" is a term that has been
used in an idealized manner regarding intercultural relations for years. Rather than embracing and accepting the
differences that make us unique, we should learn not to notice them altogether.
This multipart sound suite creates a dialogue about the struggle for homogeny
and assimilation, and its inherent dangers through appropriated sound clips
from television commercials, popular and world music, as well as documentaries
and public service announcements.
