Everyone Has Rain
photo and sound
I wanted to collaborate my sound piece with a talented musician and friend, Tyler Sicilia. This song is a collaboration of different musical stereotypes of what multiculturalism means in Hollywood cinema. Beginning with a traditional Spanish and Asian riff, then ending with a cheesy soft rock riff with rain accompanying it. Essentially I wanted to portray how much we, as a culture, rely on basic sounds to distinguish what culture Hollywood wants to portray in the films we watch.
